Team – Retention

Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

Bonus - Competitive bonus structure with up to OTE £33,400

Holiday allowance - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days each holiday year.

What will you do as a Renewals Specialist?

This is a busy and inspiring role; you'll bring your resilience, enthusiasm and energy to dazzle our clients. Training is hugely important to Vitality which is why we'll teach you all you need to know about our amazing products and how to deal with any Renewal question, so you can achieve your full potential as a Renewals Specialist.

  • You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving agreed targets.
  • You will need to be an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • You will take inbound calls from our existing customers, answering queries about their product.
  • Assist with any questions the customer is facing with the aim of retaining their business.
  • Reminding our customers of the benefits available to them, by promoting the Vitality Programme rewards we offer.
  • Assist customers with credit control queries such as missed premiums, payment arrangements, direct debit enquiries etc.
