We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant to join our high‑performing Intermediated Distribution team. This role suits someone with strong knowledge of the Mortgage and/or Protection markets who can support advisers, drive business growth and deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage, grow and support a panel of Mortgage & Protection firms.
- Deliver training on product positioning and adviser conversations.
- Conduct meetings (virtual and face‑to‑face) to identify growth opportunities.
- Support advisers with case placement, system understanding and pipeline progression.
- Use MI and insight to identify trends and performance opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Mortgage and/or Protection market.
- Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with advisers.
- Highly organised, proactive and target‑driven.
