Team Retention – Retention Support – Health and Life
Working Pattern – Monday to Friday – 09:00-17:00 Hybrid 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth or Stockport Office. Full time 35 hours per week.
Bonus up to an extra 8% per annum OTE. Basic salary 26208. Holiday allowance – 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days each holiday year.

What this role is all about:
The Retention Support Administrator plays a key role in supporting the successful retention of customers across both health and life insurance products. This is an administration‑focused role within a Back Office insurance environment responsible for handling customer and advisor queries, resolving payment and renewal issues, processing reports and ensuring accurate and timely administration to support the wider retention and customer service teams.
The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, organised and confident in managing multiple admin tasks while providing excellent internal and external customer support.

- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple queries simultaneously
