Team Health, Adviser and Employer Working Pattern Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week. This is a 12 month FTC opportunity with the possibility of an extension.

What this role is all about:
Enterprise is designed to empower our people to deliver strategic initiatives within customer‑centric Product Delivery Streams. This exciting role will form part of a cross‑functional team who is accountable for the end‑to‑end digital experience in the UK Product journey. As product designer you will be responsible for designing and shaping unique, user‑centric product features and experiences. You will thrive working in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to rapidly design/prototype, test and iterate. Working collaboratively with the broader product team and business stakeholders you will be able to make deliberate design decisions and translate a given user‑experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction that helps to achieve the overall Vitality vision.
Key Actions:
- Responsible for ideation and iteration of designs and concepts for user experiences across digital journeys, via wireframes, high fidelity mockups, prototypes and user flows
- Able to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, such as product personnel, content design, architecture and engineering
- Must have an excellent grasp of current best practice across digital experience design
- Able to plan user research, and work with the resulting output to inform new iterations of work
- Confident in explaining rationale to, and influencing senior business stakeholders
- Strong machine skills within Figma, Microsoft and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Confident joining or handing over projects at any stage of completion
- Must have a strong working knowledge of design systems and relevant documentation
What do you need to thrive?
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Digital specialist with a proven track record working in native apps and web
- High level of understanding of design practices
- Strong understanding of research outputs and how to implement any recommendations
- Strong ability to refine and prioritise design tasks in fast‑moving environment
- Proficient at creating user flows and experience designs
- Experience of using work management tools such as Jira & Confluence
- Able to contribute in meetings to elicit requirements and present work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business and technical stakeholders at all levels
- Able to produce high quality supporting artefacts to assist the team in development of experiences
- Outstanding team working and collaboration skills
