Overview
As Lead Product Designer in the Enterprise team, you shape digital experiences for health policy journeys across web and native apps. You will lead design efforts, collaborate with product, engineering and content teams, and drive user-centered solutions that meet business goals. You’ll evolve the design system, mentor peers, and push for accessibility and high design quality from discovery to delivery. Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of digital experiences across web and native apps
- Shape, govern and scale the design system for consistency
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows and artefacts to communicate concepts
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and Content Designers to deliver user-centered solutions
- Facilitate rapid ideation, testing and iteration to improve UX
- Maintain high design quality from discovery through delivery
- Leverage customer insight, analytics and research to inform decisions
- Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to align on solutions
- Mentor and grow the design community through coaching and knowledge sharing
- Champion accessibility and usability standards across the organisation
Key requirements
- Degree level education or equivalent professional experience
- Experience designing digital products for web and native apps
- Strong understanding of web development practices
- Experience with analytics and conversion rate optimisation techniques
- Ability to prioritise design backlogs in fast-moving environments
- Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and sprint ceremonies
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead workshops and facilitate discussions across business and technical teams
