Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement strategic projects to enhance Enterprise operations, including innovative applications of AI.

  • Assist with financial activities, including ad-hoc analyses and the annual budget cycle process.

  • Support the employee communications and engagement strategy by drafting communications, organizing events, and preparing the Enterprise Executive for engagements.
  • Coordinate critical meetings such as the Enterprise Executive Forum and manage stakeholder follow-ups to ensure action items are addressed.
