Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement strategic projects to enhance Enterprise operations, including innovative applications of AI.
- Conduct analytical tasks and present findings to facilitate informed strategic decision-making.
- Participate in strategic meetings and discussions to support executive-level decisions.
- Assist with financial activities, including ad-hoc analyses and the annual budget cycle process.
- Create compelling strategic narratives that translate complex technical information for stakeholders and Executive Committees.
- Develop high-quality presentations and documentation to effectively communicate strategic insights.
- Support the employee communications and engagement strategy by drafting communications, organizing events, and preparing the Enterprise Executive for engagements.
- Coordinate critical meetings such as the Enterprise Executive Forum and manage stakeholder follow-ups to ensure action items are addressed.
Requirements
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong academic background in an analytical or numerical discipline.
- Proven business or technical experience with a track record of innovation and performance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, with comfort in addressing complex challenges.
- Sophisticated written and verbal communication abilities, capable of producing high-quality materials for executive audiences.
- Ability to adapt to change and navigate through ambiguity.
