We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified plumber with carpentry, tiling and silicone sealing skills.
In this role, youll carry out an assortment of plumbing tasks at our residential properties, diagnosing problems, identifying solutions and ensuring first-class customer service. Youll also manage van stock, ensure all tools are safely maintained, liaise with customers and, on occasion, attend emergency jobs.
Were looking for someone with
- A City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 qualification in domestic plumbing
- Basic carpentry skills including replacing bath panels, boxing in, simple studwork, fitting skirtings and lifting and re-laying floorboards
- Basic tile replacing skills up to 1m2 ceramic tiles
- Basic silicone skills sealing to baths and basins
- A full, valid driving licence
