Overview

Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, this is a permanent, full‑time role for an experienced Grounds Maintenance professional to join our dedicated Estates team and help keep our communities looking their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the appearance and upkeep of B3Livings estates, ensuring they remain attractive and welcoming for residents.
  • Carry out a variety of grounds maintenance tasks such as grass and hedge cutting, shrub and border care, and landscaping improvements, including turfing, seeding and planting.
  • Support weed control through safe and effective methods.
  • Keep all sites clean and tidy by collecting and responsibly disposing of green waste.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a grounds maintenance or similar role.
  • Experience in a customer‑focused role.
  • Ability to use hedge cutting, strimming, grass cutting, weed spraying and grounds equipment.
  • Ability to follow procedures and safe working practices.
  • Full, valid driving licence.
  • Enhanced criminal record (DBS) check – we will pay for this.
