Associate Business Consultant

We are a franchise team that consists of 10 strong people including a Franchise Director, Business Consultants and Sales Support. We are at an exciting growth phase within our business, and are now looking to recruit people for Associate Business Consultant roles.

Role Description

These are full‑time hybrid roles for Associate Business Consultants. The role requires the ability to commute to the Chelmsford office and within the wider Essex area. The Associate Business Consultant will be responsible for providing sales support to our team of Business Consultants and managing a small panel of financial advisers.

We are looking for people to grow with us. The intention is for these people to develop into field‑based Business Consultants, where they will manage a full panel of advisory firms and develop sales strategies within the Life and Health insurance market.

These roles are entry‑level sales positions where you will learn all about our product range within Life and Health insurance. You will work closely with our team of Business Consultants to understand how to support our financial adviser community, including booking meetings, providing follow‑up meeting support, and managing relationships within the adviser community.

This role would suit someone who understands a fast‑paced office environment, perhaps you are in a customer services role and want to jump into a sales environment.
