About The Role

Team - Talent Acquisition

Working Pattern - Hybrid 2 days per week in our UK office in Bournemouth or our Vitality South Africa office in Sandton, Johannesburg. Full time, 35 hours per week. We are happy to discuss flexible working!

What this role is all about:

We're looking for a confident, curious, and credible Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment activity for our South African offices. Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager in the UK, you will be part of our global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence, you will be the Talent Acquisition expert for South Africa, delivering and influencing recruitment across all business areas and acting as a trusted partner to leaders.

This role could be based in our UK office in Bournemouth or our South Africa office in Sandton, Johannesburg.
