What this role is all about:
At Vitality, we believe great outcomes start with great insights. As our Reward and Performance Analyst, you'll play an important role in helping us shape a fair, competitive and high-performing culture through data-driven reward and performance practices.
Working across our People and Finance teams, you'll turn complex data into meaningful insight. This will help leaders make informed decisions on pay, performance and workforce planning. From supporting annual reward reviews and performance cycles to delivering market analysis and benchmarking, you'll help ensure our reward programmes continue to support both our people and our business ambitions.
This is an opportunity to influence how we recognise, reward and motivate colleagues across the organisation while driving continuous improvement. Through technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions, you'll enjoy collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. Key Actions Deliver insightful reward and performance analysis to support strategic and operational decision making
Support annual salary review, bonus planning and promotion-related reward processes
Maintain and analyse salary benchmarking data to ensure competitive market positioning
Partner with HR Business Partners and People Leaders to provide reward and performance guidance
Produce meaningful reporting on pay equity, salary positioning, workforce trends and performance outcomes
