About The Role
Team - Protection ( D2C Life Department)
Hybrid role -2 days a week in the Stockport office, 3 days based working from home. Training is up to 3 months in Stockport.
Basic salary £30,000- £34,000 is dependent on experience of selling protection and qualifications, plus we offer an excellent bonus on top.

This role is about the quality of the customer journey providing advice on Vitality Life products, building a rapport so through their choices they make the right one through us, as Vitality Life. This is over the telephone and can be direct with personal customers and our business customers too. We offer ongoing support, coaching and we focus on your development in your Vitality career. Previous experience of working in Insurance sales is required.
What you will you do as a Protection Advisor
- Providing exceptional service and advice over the telephone to our customers
- Time management is key as we are fast paced, and we have lots of customer needs to meet
- Proactivity in maintaining your knowledge being a driver in your own performance, knowing we will support in every step
- Ensuring that FCA and internal regulatory standards for advice provision are met
- Quality of advice provided is a must with every fact find, making sure you have everything documented along with the analysis and outcomes. Every conversation is important
What you need to thrive xgikmsk
- Experience within Financial Services is a must
- Confident telephone manner
- Full understanding and knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the FCA
- Strong Customer orientation and engagement skills
- Highly motivated with a drive to deliver sales targets and outstanding customer outcomes
- A driven individual with committed to person development and progression
- Strong Organisation skillswith the ability to manage personal time and focus to maximise productivity and results
