What this role is all about:

As an Internal Sales Product Manager, there is a significant opportunity to simplify journeys, improve insight, and drive better outcomes for advisers, marketing and indirectly, our end customers. As a Product Manager working on our internal sales CRM, you will own the evolution and performance of this experience. You'll identify high-impact opportunities, refine solutions with cross-functional teams, and drive measurable improvements in conversion, efficiency and user satisfaction.

This is a role for someone who wants to own meaningful problems and enjoys actively partnering with sales and marketing teams.

What you'll own:

  • Product performance and outcomes
  • Own and improve key metrics across the sales and CRM journey (e.g. conversion, drop-off, adviser efficiency, engagement)
  • Problem discovery and prioritisation
  • Use data, user insight and commercial context to identify the highest-value opportunities across the journey, integrating AI
