About The Role Team Group Finance Working Pattern – Hybrid 2days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office.Full time, 35 hours per week. We are happy to discuss flexible working! To ensure that employees are paid correctly and on time, contributing to employee satisfaction and organisational compliance. To manage a team of two to ensure that Vitality adhere to strict legal and tax regulations and meet all statutory obligations. Responsible for ensuring all policies, process and procedures relating to payroll and employment tax are reviewed and maintained regularly in line with legislative changes.
