What this role is all about:
We're looking for a Senior Internal Communications & Employee Wellbeing Manager, for a 12-month fixed term contract, to play a pivotal role in shaping employee engagement, culture and communication across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications & Employee Wellbeing, this role leads the development and delivery of strategic internal communications, wellbeing initiatives, diversity and inclusion campaigns, and sustainability engagement programmes that support business objectives and strengthen our One Vitality culture. The position works closely with senior stakeholders across the business, influencing at all levels and delivering impactful communications and engagement strategies for a global employee audience.
