What this role is all about:
As a Release Quality Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in making sure our technology is release-ready, championing the standards, governance and insight that keep quality front and centre across the IT estate. Working closely with agile engineering teams and external partners, you'll embed best-in-class testing practices, drive performance testing excellence, and ensure every release meets the high bar we set before it reaches production. It's a role for someone who thrives on collaboration, loves turning data into meaningful insights, and is passionate about continuously improving how we build, test and deliver software.
