About The Role

Team Brand, Creative and Copy

Working Pattern - Hybrid 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week. We are happy to discuss flexible working!

What this role is all about:

We are looking for a specialist Creative Performance Designer to join our in-house team and lead the development of high-impact, full-funnel advertising across Meta, LinkedIn, Display, and Google. This role is pivotal in driving awareness through to acquisition, creating conversion-focused assets that move seamlessly from concept to execution. Success in this role requires thriving in a fast-paced, high-output environment, using GenAI-powered tools to rapidly test, iterate, and scale creative performance while continually raising the bar on quality and effectiveness.

Key Actions:

  • Design, build, and deliver acquisition creatives across static, motion, and lightweight video formats for Meta, LinkedIn, Display, and Google Ads. Maintain a constant flow of new creative across Health, Life, and SME going live every 60 days, ensuring brand consistency while optimising assets based on performance insights.
