About The Role

Team: Clinical Leadership Team

Working Pattern: Hybrid, 2 days per week in the Vitality London or Bournemouth Office. Full time hours. We are happy to discuss flexible working!

What this role is all about:

As our Lead Healthcare Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we manage healthcare claims, understand risk and improve performance, turning complex data into clear, compelling insight that drives real impact across the business. You'll be a recognised expert in healthcare and claims analytics, setting the standard for analytical excellence and owning high-risk, high-impact challenges that help guide the organisation forward with confidence.

This is a hands-on leadership role where advanced analytics meets influence - leading complex workstreams end-to-end, developing analysts, and partnering closely with clinical, operational and commercial teams to turn insight into action.
