About The Role

Team: Retention - Health

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30, 1 late a week till 7pm, Hybrid - 2 days per week in our Stockport office after training.

Bonus: Up to an extra £18,000 per annum OTE. Basic salary increases to £28,676 after passing probation.

Holiday allowance: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days each holiday year.

What will you do as a Renewals Sales Executive?

  • This is a busy and inspiring role; you'll bring your resilience, enthusiasm and energy to dazzle our clients.
  • You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving agreed targets.
  • You will need to be an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • You will take inbound calls from our existing customers, answering queries about their product.
  • Assist with any questions the customer is facing with the aim of retaining their business.
  • Reminding our customers of the benefits available to them, by promoting the Vitality Programme rewards we offer.
  • Assist customers with credit control queries such as missed premiums, payment arrangements, direct debit enquiries etc.
