Team UK Finance
Working Pattern - Hybrid 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week. We are happy to discuss flexible working!

What this role is all about:
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting purpose led partnerships that sit at the core of what we do. You'll take full ownership of complex, end-to-end financial activities, from month-end close and partner accounting to audit-ready outputs, while working closely with stakeholders across the business. This is a role for someone who enjoys digging into detail, solving complex problems and turning financial data into meaningful insight.
Key Actions:
- Ensure Accurate Accounting - maintain precise accounting for multiple Vitality Partners within the Vitality P&L self-sufficiently
- Own the end-to-end month-end close for assigned partners, including accruals, re-accruals, reallocations, and variance analysis
- Apply accounting standards, VAT rules and materiality thresholds accurately and consistently
- Ensure all outputs are independently checked, control ready, and supported by clear audit trails.
