We’re looking for a detail-driven Commissions Analyst to join our growing Agency & Commissions team in Bournemouth. This role sits at the heart of ensuring commission payments are calculated accurately and paid correctly to our partners, while investigating queries, supporting audits and contributing to key projects. It’s a great opportunity for someone with strong numerical skills, experience in life and health insurance, and a finance or data background to develop specialist knowledge in commissions within a fast-paced environment.
Key Actions:
- Undertake Commissions Team BAU
- Calculate, validate and analyse commission payments
- Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies and escalated queries
- Manage escalation allocation within the Commissions Team
- Engage with brokers, consultants and stakeholders on complex queries
- Act as a key point of contact for external partners
