Key Actions Produce executive-quality presentations, papers,analysisand communications for senior stakeholders Investigate strategic,operationaland commercial questions using data,researchand analytical techniques Produce and coordinate key governance activities, including Board and Executive Committee reporting cycles Leadand/or supportstrategic projects, managing stakeholders and driving outcomes across multiple teams Present findings and recommendations in a clear,conciseand persuasive manner Build relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across the business Leverage approved AI and analytical tools to improve insight generation,productivityand decision support What do you need to thrive? The ability to simplify complex information and communicate it clearly toexecutiveaudiencesusing PowerPoint and Word A strongtrack recordof delivering analysis, insight,recommendationsor business outcomes that influence decision making Strong analytical capability combined with commercial awareness and curiosity Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at all levels Resilience,adaptabilityand the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities An interest in strategy, business performance and understanding how Vitality creates value for customers,membersand the wider business Desirable is a strong academic background in Economics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Finance, Data Science,Mathematicsor a related quantitative discipline So, whats in it for you?
