About The Role
- Team - B2B Outbound Telesales, No experience needed, just the right attitude
- Salary - 22,932 + £6,800 OTB
- Working Pattern - Monday to Thursday 08:30-16:30 & Friday 08:30-14:00 (35 hours)
- Holiday allowance - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days each holiday year

Business to Business Outbound Sales Executive duties:
- Making outbound calls to businesses to introduce our products and spark initial interest
- Identifying key decision makers and building positive relationships with them
- Asking great questions to understand business needs and matching them to the right solutions
- Managing your pipeline, following up leads, and keeping accurate notes in our systems
- Working towards daily and weekly goals and celebrating wins with your team
- Representing our brand with professionalism, positivity, and integrity
- Learning, developing, and continuously improving with the support of your manager and team
