About The Role

Team Supplier Performance

Working Pattern - Hybrid 2 days per week in the Vitality Stockport or Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

As a Supplier Performance Manager, you are at the heart of creating outstanding experiences for our customers. You'll work hand-in-hand with teams across the business to make sure suppliers consistently meet their commitments, tackle challenges head-on, and find smarter ways to improve service and efficiency. Key Actions:

  • Create strong supplier partnerships and develop supplier engagement.
  • Manage supplier performance, delivery, quality, and risk in line with contractual requirements.
  • Ensure consistent compliance with contractual terms and proactively address issues, risks, and controls within the established governance framework.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise supplier performance and achieve cost savings.
  • Analyse financial data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and value.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams supported by suppliers, collaborating to drive process improvements and enhance supplier performance.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of improvement initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead regular service and quality reviews, providing clear analysis and actionable insights on supplier performance to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
