This is a brilliant opportunity to make a real impact, driving new premium income and accelerating Vitality's market share by bringing the VitalityLife and Health proposition to life across key Networks, Nationals and Service Provider intermediaries. You'll be at the heart of the action, partnering with all Vitality sales channels and using powerful market and competitor insight to shape RI panelling and influence commercial success. With the freedom to design and deliver creative, high-impact marketing plans alongside our distributor partners, you'll raise Vitality's profile and visibility in a meaningful way. As the eyes and ears of the business, you'll uncover exciting growth opportunities within major distributors and turn them into smart, ambitious plans that truly drive performance and results.

  • Meet and exceed network market share growth objectives
  • Present Vitality's proposition to national accounts and their member firms
  • Devise and develop a robust marketing plan to support key goals
  • Manage the key relationships at Network and RI level
  • Work across and in conjunction with all Vitality sales distribution
  • Provide technical and market intelligence insight to the Vitality sales teams
  • Grow Vitality awareness and identify sales procedures or policies inhibiting use of our products

Minimum 5 years of industry experience in a sales/technical role. Strong sales and commercial focus. Ability to deliver quality sales and technical presentations to educate advisers. Self-starter with high field-based activity. Comprehensive industry knowledge (regulatory, technical, and competitor). Capable of working under pressure, using initiative, and with minimal supervision. Flexible working style.
