About The Role
Team Legal
Working Pattern - Hybrid 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week. We are happy to discuss flexible working!

What this role is all about:
Supporting the Vitality Group business by providing high quality legal services, with a focus on Vitality's partner markets outside of the UK (particularly EMEA). The role involves building a function that generates trust and confidence within its stakeholders and providing support to the Legal Team.
Key Actions:
- Reviewing and drafting a range of contracts, including: strategic commercial arrangements (JVs, SPAs, partnership agreements); IT agreements; and general third party supplier agreements
- Provide advice and support to all areas of Vitality's global business
- Undertake legal research as required
- Reviewing and drafting a range of documentation, including terms and conditions, product documentation and marketing materials
- Promoting and representing the Legal function across the organisation, ensuring strong working relationships between Legal and the whole of the Vitality business
What do you need to thrive?
- Practising Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years PQE
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines with loosely defined and changing internal briefs
