About The Role

  • Team: Direct Telesales, No experience needed, just a can do positive attitude
  • Salary: £24,479 + potential £6,879 OTB (£31,358 combined salary and OTB)
  • Working Pattern: Monday-Thursday 09:00-19:30, Friday 09:00-17:30, Saturday 10:00-13:45. We are happy to discuss flexible working!

What this role is all about: As a Warm Lead Generator at Vitality, you'll be joining a team that's ready to support you from day one experience or not. If you're someone with a positive attitude, a natural way with people, and a real drive to earn good money, this role is a brilliant fit. You'll be speaking to individuals who've already shown interest in Vitality's products, having friendly conversations to understand what they need and sharing clear, helpful information about our private medical insurance. You won't be doing it alone; you'll work closely with our sales team, learning as you go and passing on qualified leads that help everyone succeed. If you bring the right mindset, we'll give you the training, coaching, and confidence to thrive.
