About The Role

Team Corporate Client Management

Working Pattern - Remote working - 35 hours per week

What this role is all about:

You will be responsible for the renewal negotiations for Vitality Health's corporate policies for businesses with circa 300 employees. This role requires knowledge of Private Medical Insurance or sales experience in financial services. Ideal for those starting or advancing a career in sales and account management, with strong organisational, analytical, and written communication skills. Join our established team for significant personal and professional growth.

Key Actions

  • Negotiation and renewal of the annual corporate contracts for all intermediated schemes with circa 300 employees (approx. 50 clients).
  • Maintaining and developing key relationships with internal stakeholders, to include Vitality's Corporate Underwriting team.
  • Building strong broker relationships.
  • Delivering client review meetings.
  • Arranging own workload to include daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
  • Reporting of retention renewals status.
  • Messaging to brokers and clients about Vitality's full Private Medical Insurance and Wellbeing Programme and Services.

What do you need to thrive?

  • Experience of working in Private Medical Insurance or financial services.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Experience of prioritising multiple work items and delivering to strict deadlines.
  • Experience translating key data into sales messaging.
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong passion for the Vitality product and brand.
  • Good working knowledge of applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and computer literacy.
