Job Description
- To mange a caseload of households that have been identified as ready to move on from temporary accommodation into settled accommodation. Â
- Using the information about the household to offer suitable (as legally defined) settled accommodation for them, in order for the Council to discharge duties. Â
- This could be private rented accommodation, supported housing, direct offer of social housing, choice-based lettings or other settled accommodation options. Â
- To review information about the household, updating the housing needs assessment, and other documentation, as necessary, to ensure the needs of the household are fully understood.Â
