We are recruiting for an experienced Housing Customer Resolutions Co-ordinator in the South West London / Surrey area.

This is a contract role, and you will need to have experience in a similar role in a Housing setting.

Key responsibilities

  • The role is focused on managing and investigating resident complaints, handling complex escalations, and resolving housing issues.

  • You will need a background in resolving Housing issues
