Qualified Social Worker, Complex Care Team, Wakefield Council Pay rate to £35 per hour Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a Complex Care Team in Wakefield Council.
This role involves working with children and young people aged 0–18 who have complex health needs and disabilities.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, including Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care (CIC), while also working closely in partnership with the Short Breaks Team.
