Qualified Social Worker – Child in Need Team Pay rate: £37 per hour Contract role Vitalis is recruiting an experienced Social Worker to work in a Child in Need Team in Camden. Promote positive risk-taking to maximise independence. Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with policy, procedure, and professional registration practice. Stay up-to-date with practice changes and engage in lifelong learning, supervision, appraisal, and reflective practice. Promote integrated whole systems working, liaising with internal and external services, negotiating, influencing outcomes, engaging stakeholders, and liaising with other workers and agencies as appropriate. Undertake duties on behalf of the Team Manager as required by the service needs.
