We are recruiting for experienced Social Workers to work in an Assessment and Safeguarding Team in Haringey Council. You will need experience in a similar Local Authority role.
This role will support vulnerable adults across the borough through the implementation of our strengths-based model of practice. This will include the assessment, review and development of support plans that help residents and their carers to maximise their independence, build on their strengths and improve their quality of life.
This role will also assist social worker teams in managing more complex cases and will work closely with our partners in developing strong relationships and supporting creative new ways of ensuring outcomes are met.
