We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to join our Community Adult Social Care service at an exciting time of improvement and transformation.
This is a key leadership role where you will manage a multidisciplinary team, providing strong operational and professional leadership to ensure high-quality, person-centred practice.
You will oversee complex casework, deliver effective safeguarding responses, and drive performance across assessment, review and care planning functions under the Care Act 2014.
You will play a critical role in supporting people to achieve independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes, while ensuring risk is managed appropriately and proportionately.
