Contract role
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Personal Advisor to work in a Leaving Care Team in Stockport. To work with young people aged 16 years – 25 years who are or have been looked after or accommodated by the Local Authority in order to plan their transition to adulthood and assist them to live an independent life in their community.
