Pay rate to £45 per hour. Contract role. Vitalis are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work as a Team Manager in Trafford Council. The service provides oversight and management of casework for children and young people who have a permanent care plan. The Practice Manager ensures that placements remain stable, needs are met with minimal disruption, and that each child or young person receives the support and time they need to understand their journey and begin to heal from the impact of past experiences.
Our aim is to sustain long-term, trusted relationships by coordinating the care and guidance essential to creating a sense of belonging and stability for children following care proceedings. The role brings together professionals and partners around the child and their carers, building a strong, consistent network of support that promotes positive outcomes and long-term wellbeing.
