Pay rate to £46 per hour. Contract role. Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Workers to work as a Team Manager in a Children's Safeguarding team in Trafford Council. The Children's Safeguarding Partnership Manager sits within the business unit of Trafford Strategic Safeguarding Partnership (TSCP) and reports to the Strategic Lead for Safeguarding within Trafford Council who host the role.
In the 3 months temporary cover, the post holder will have a lead role in embedding the new safeguarding arrangements as outlined in Working Together, working alongside the Chair of the Delegated Safeguarding Partnership. The Partnership will be embedding the refreshed strategic safeguarding priorities of the partnership and the annual delivery plan, and be collaborating with the Northwest Research in Practice Programme for the implementation of Working Together.
The Children's Safeguarding Partnership Manager will lead and support a dedicated team with a quality assurance officer, learning and development officer, and business support officer ensuring that the annual delivery plan is effective, and we are able to evidence impact for our children, young people, and families.
