We are recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Housing Officer in West London.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage a designated patch of general needs and/or temporary accommodation properties
- Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service
- Handle tenancy management matters including rent arrears, ASB, complaints, and breaches of tenancy
- Carry out investigations and take appropriate enforcement action where required
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to resolve housing issues
- Ensure compliance with housing legislation, policies, and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and case notes using housing management systems
