Qualified Social Worker, Preparing for Adulthood Team, Leicester City Council Pay rate up to £34 per hour Contract role Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a Preparing for Adulthood Team Team in Leicester City Council.
Social workers who have experience of preparing for adults, who can complete care act assessments, safeguarding's and court of protection.
Who can work with families and young adults, supporting them from children's placements, having a good understanding of shared care and CHC.
To be confident in risk assessing and to work in a strength base way to ensure that young adults maximise their independence.
Visiting young people throughout the uk that may be in placements outside of Leicester.
