Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work in a Team in Leeds City Council. Occupational Therapists (OT) are required to work in a community care bed setting. Previous experience of working in an intermediate care setting is desirable.

As an OT within the Recovery Hub service in Leeds, you will support adults who have left hospital but are not yet ready to return home. We require someone with experience of working in a rehabilitation-focused, community bed setting, to help people regain daily living skills and identify the supports they need to return home.

You will work alongside nurses, physiotherapists, social workers, and support staff as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team and contribute to person-centred discharge planning. This role could include weekend working on a rota basis and is office based.
