Job Description
- Lead all aspects of Local Taxation Revenue Collection operations, setting the overall strategic direction and ensuring the customer is at the heart of the services .
- Oversee overall debt for Local Taxation for the whole council and set the practice and monitoring arrangements for this .
- Manage a team of 37 FTEs and a gross service budget of £3m .
- Ensure income collection of £164m Council Tax and £98m Business Rates .
