Contract role, Local Government Planning
We are recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Senior Planning Officer in North London.
Role Purpose:
- Support the effective renewal and regeneration of Harrow Council.
- The negotiation and case management of complex planning applications, delivering significant levels of investment within the Borough.
- The processing of planning appeals.
- The provision of specialist planning advice.
- Day to day management of pre-application processes or similar function within the area team.
- Determination of appropriate planning applications under the Scheme of Delegation.
This is a contract role and you will need to have experience in a similar role. Please get in touch for more information.
