We are recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Accommodation Officer in North London.
Details:
- Work with landlords and providers to procure all types of accommodation for homeless households.
- Contract manage the accommodation and inspect accommodation once occupied, including emergency accommodation, to ensure the accommodation continues to meet the appropriate standard.
- Provide a full housing management service to all accommodation leased to the council including rent collection.
This is a contract role and you will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority setting.
