Pay rate up to £22 per hour. Contract role. Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Early Support Practitioner to work in a team in Harrow. To take an active role in the Early Support model to ensure high quality direct work takes place with babies, very young children, children, young people and their families (referred in this document as the ‘client group’) to improve their outcomes through the provision of early support services including:

  • Universal and universal plus group and individual work with the client group.
  • Evidence‑based parenting programmes.
  • Health and education services.
  • Parent and child groups.
  • Out‑of‑school services.
