We are recruiting for experienced Social Workers to work in a Community Mental Health Team in Bolton Council. You will need experience in a similar Local Authority role.

You will work closely with health and social care colleagues and will have knowledge and experience of completing assessments in line with the Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005, and other relevant legislation and practice guidance.

You will have knowledge and experience of managing safeguarding concerns and enquiries in line with S42 of the Care Act. You will have good knowledge and experience of the CHC processes including the completion of the CHC checklists and the attending of the MDT/Decision Support Tool.

Good team player, who can also work using own initiative. To be enthusiastic and motivated and to have a passion for working with adults.
