Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a 0 - Infants Team in Blackpool Council. You will have knowledge and experience of undertaking pre-birth assessments, child protection, complex child in need and PLO/Pre proceedings.
You will be able to demonstrate a good quality of work including court statements, assessments etc. and will be able to support the team manager with mentoring and coaching those less experienced members of your team. You will be enthusiastic, passionate and committed to improving the lived experience of our children. You will be a role model for the less experienced staff members demonstrating true professionalism in all you do. This will include providing learning opportunities, reflection and modelling.
