As a caseworker, your responsibilities will include: Communicating effectively to guide and support both current and prospective users of the scheme on recruitment and employment matters. Monitoring, supporting, advising, and assisting users in managing their Direct Payments packages and finances. Reviewing, monitoring, and examining financial records and other relevant documentation held by Direct Payments recipients. This includes keeping detailed records using Microsoft Excel, therefore experience with this programme is essential. Conducting home visits and building strong working relationships with all stakeholders. Promoting and raising awareness of Direct Payments while contributing to the service’s ongoing development.
