Pay rate - £30.66 per hour
Vitalis are looking to recruit an Adult Social Worker to work in a Learning Disability Team in Blackpool. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed social worker. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, competent knowledge of the implementation of the Care Act 2014, experience of managing and leading on safeguarding, managing risk and care management.
We are looking for a social worker who has experience of working with adults who have a learning disability and their families, is passionate about learning disabilities, supporting service users, staff teams, collaborating with colleagues and partners. To be successful you will need to be an effective team player, excellent communicator and willing to use your energy, enthusiasm and experience to make valuable contributions to the team and people we support.
