Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in East London
This is to work in a Safeguarding and Independent Living Team in Newham
Key Responsibilities

This role sits within the Adults Social Care Safeguarding and Independent Living Team (SAIL).
The core functions of this role include: Screening of Safeguarding Concerns, evaluating risk, completing operational tasks, including: Uploading of documents; accurate case note recording; responding to Newham residents who are alleged to be at risk of harm, the person or person’s referring concerns; making onward referrals to emergency services and safeguarding partner organisations and monitoring and maintaining of safeguarding outlook inboxes and associated activity.
